OUR MISSION
To provide evidence-based information using Lamaze principles to participants who want to become childbirth educators, to perinatal nurses who want to enrich their nursing practice, and to childbearing families.
OUR FACULTY
Renece Waller-Wise
DNP, RNC-OB, CNS (Alabama), CLC, CNL, COI, LCCE, FACCE
Renece is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Nursing and Troy University School of Nursing. She is a licensed Women's Health Clinical Nurse Specialist in Alabama, and also a licensed Registered Nurse in Texas. She is an author and consultant for issues related to childbirth education, perinatal and women's health nursing. Renece has been teaching childbirth education classes for over thirty years and has been a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator since 2002. Renece has been a certified lactation (breastfeeding) counselor since 1999. She completed a doctorate in nursing practice in 2018.
